Analyzing cell-free DNA has become a growing non-invasive solution for clinical diagnostics, but cfDNA can be challenging to extract as it is often low in abundance. Zymo Research’s cell-free DNA extraction technologies enable the reliable extraction of high-quality cell-free DNA from serum, plasma, amniotic fluid, cerebrospinal fluid (CSF), urine, and saliva. Eluted cfDNA is free of PCR inhibitors and suitable for sensitive downstream applications, including next-generation sequencing.
